Stacked Jewels wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the description of each item carefully before purchasing. You will have 7 days to return any online orders of full price items for store credit. Buyer will pay return shipping. Stacked Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen returns. All items must be returned in unworn, original condition.


Trunk show, social media and in person sales are FINAL SALE.


Custom orders are nonrefundable.


Final sale items are nonrefundable.


If you receive a shipment with broken or damaged items, please contact Stacked Jewels within 24 hours.

Caring For Your Stacked Jewels

All of our items are handmade . Please treat them with love and care.

 

Bracelets should be removed one at a time by rolling over the wrist and hand to avoid over stretching or breaking. Wearing in water is not recommended. Due to the natural stones and materials used, some appearance may change over time with wear.


REPAIRS: 

Stacked is happy to repair your items that may have any issues. The first repair per item is free of charge. Any additional repairs to the same item are subject to cost of materials and labor. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to Stacked. Stacked will cover return shipping back to the customer for first repair. Shipment of additional repairs to the same item will be customer’s responsibility both ways. Please see shipment policy for items that arrive damaged. 


Stacked items are all handmade and unique. Please treat them with kindness. 

Custom Order Policy

Custom order turnaround time can be up to two weeks based on materials requested and availability. An estimate will be given at time of order.

 

Pricing is subject to materials requested.

 

50% deposit required on all custom orders. Remaining 50% due before items are shipped. Custom orders are nonrefundable.

 

Custom sizing available on all custom ordered bracelets at no additional cost up to 9”. Standard size is 7”.

$4 First Class shipping. 


2-3 business day processing time, excluding holidays. 


As of January 2018, USPS quotes First Class mail shipping time as 1-3 business days. This does not include Stacked processing time. 


For larger orders that do not qualify for First Class due to size, alternate shipping may be arranged.
